Manufacture 

All pieces are made by hand in the UK and are assayed and hallmarked by the Assay Office of London. 

Delivery

Due to their high value, all orders will require a signature on delivery. Delivery times will vary according to location. You will be sent an estimated delivery date by email when your order is dispatched. As a guide, we recommend you allow 3-5 working days for delivery, unless your item is make to order. Make to Order pieces will require 4-6 weeks from order to delivery.

International Deliveries 

If goods are being ordered from outside the UK, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination. Alexandra Jefford is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and Alexandra Jefford cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering. 

Jewellery Care 

Where possible it is best to have your Jewellery professionally cleaned by your local jeweller. Alternatively, we recommend using a soft cloth. For repair enquiries please contact returns@alexandrajefford.com

Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For further details, please read the alexandrajefford.com terms and conditions statement. In order to register as a user of alexandrajefford.com, we ask you to provide us with your name, mailing address and email address. We may use these details to inform you of new goods and services via email. If you do not wish to receive such emails, please send an email to sales@alexandrajefford.com. In order to process credit-card orders online we require additional information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit-card number and credit-card expiration date. We will only use your billing and credit-card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery. Please note that alexandrajefford.com does not keep any of your details on the alexandrajefford.com website, and therefore these details are protected from any breach of security on the alexandrajefford.com website.
